Yosemite

When I need peace and balance in my life I go out and immerse myself in nature. This trip was to Yosemite.

My friend called me crazy for wanting to go just for the weekend, but that’s all my work schedule would allow. I told her, Ya it is crazy but will be so worth it and it was. We drove 10 hours on Friday, hitting LA rush hour traffic there and 8 hours back on Sunday. We split up the driving and took that time to talk and catch up on life, it was about the whole journey not just the destination.

Our favorite moments were sitting on the grass outside the back of the Awhwanee, enjoying a glass of wine, and taking in all the beauty surrounding us, but it was ALL good!
